Create Email Campaigns
Setting up Email Campaigns
1. On the main navigation menu, go to the Marketing tab

2. Click Email Campaigns from the selection.

3. Click on to create an email campaign.
4. A pop-up will appear. Fill out the name and description of your Campaign.

5. Click on button to proceed.
Managing Email Campaigns
Once an email campaign is created, you can now manage its content. The Email Details allows you to manage your email sender, recipients, subject, and content.

Note: You need to create an Audience Lists or Subscription List first for the list to populatebutton to select your recipients. You can choose from your ‘Audience Lists’ or ‘Subscriptions Lists‘.

A preview of your selected list will appear. Click the button once done.

2. To choose your email sender click on . Once done, click

3. To define your campaign’s email subject, click on . Once done, click

4. To create your email content, click on . You have the option to either use the Drag and Drop widgets.

or click on to use the basic composition toolbar.

⦁ The system gives you the option to initially test your email campaign by clicking the button. Subsequently, this allows you to see the exact format of the email on your desktop or mobile.

Click on the ‘Send Test Email’ button to send. Once your email content is set, simply click to send.
